Heading 0306 covers crustaceans such as lobster, crab, shrimp and prawns, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted, in brine, smoked, or cooked in shell by steaming or boiling. The heading splits first by condition: frozen (0306.11 to 0306.19), live, fresh or chilled (0306.31 to 0306.39), and other, meaning dried, salted, in brine, smoked or cooked (0306.91 to 0306.99). Each of those groups then splits by species and, for shrimp and prawns, by shell-on or peeled, farmed or not farmed, and count size.
