Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Account, then Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

First payment guarantee

If HTSBase is not useful to you, email us within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law or where the Service was unavailable for a significant part of the period because of our error.

How to request

Email support@htsbase.com from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
